How To Send A SASE

What is a SASE?

SASE stands for Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. Sending us a SASE helps us give away more free stickers by saving us money on shipping costs.

How It Works

You mail us an empty envelope with your address and a stamp. When we receive it, we will fill it with free stickers and send back to you.

NOTE: You must be 13+ years old and live in the United States to participate in our SASE program.

What you need

  • 2 Envelopes
  • 2 Forever Stamps
  • A pen or printable address labels

Acceptable Envelope Sizes

The USPS requires stamped envelopes to be within a specific size range.

DimensionMinimumMaximum
Height3-1/2 inches6-1/8 inches
Length5 inches11-1/2 inches
Thickness0.007 inch1/4 inch

If the envelopes are larger than above range, one stamp will not be enough to cover the postage. If we receive a large envelope that is short on postage, we will not be able to send it back.

Pro Tip: Smaller envelopes are better! Larger envelopes are often bent which could damage the stickers inside. We recommend using an A2 envelope.

How to Format Your Envelopes

It is important that you properly address your envelopes to ensure that you can get free stickers back!

Envelope A

Envelope A is the outside envelope to mail to us.

  1. Place a stamp in the top right corner of the envelope
  2. Write our PO Box address in the middle of the envelope
  3. Write your return address in the top left corner of the envelope

Envelope B

Envelope B is the inside envelope that we will fill with stickers and mail back to you.

  1. Place a stamp in the top right corner of the envelope
  2. Write your name and address in the middle of the envelope
  3. (optional) Write our PO Box address in the top left corner of the envelope

DO NOT SEAL ENVELOPE B!

If you seal envelope B, we will not be able to open it to fill it with stickers and therefore we will not return your envelope.

Mailing Your SASE

  1. Insert Envelope B into Envelope A (folding it is ok)
  2. Seal Envelope A
  3. Drop off your completed SASE in the mail

How Long Does It Take?

Due to mail delays and a high volume of SASEs that we receive, it can sometimes take upwards of 4-8 weeks to receive a return envelope.
